Talons of the Night Raven
This is be the offical home of this mighty chapter of Space Marines. until I get the filler here is some pics of some projects in the works.
Right now I am trying to build the ENTIRE CHAPTER for this army. They will all have the same basic paint scheme. Right now I am trying to "rough paint" all the tacts (add the blue to the black base). then I will go through and paint the squads one by one. On the field, even just rough painted the army looks awesome. My upcomming purchases include 3 titans, a forge world conversion kit for a Land Raider, a normal Land Raider and then some of the basic tanks. Soon I will write the story of my chapters fight at "Ezton Bridge". Where my army won a grueling fight against Khone's minions and where Col. Xelious, o fthe 1st company, went in honorable hand to hand combat with the Choas Lord, He won the battle but was wounded by Gorechild, the axe Wielded by the Lord!
he is no where near finished. Detail and washes must still be done and then more and more painting.
Here is one of my first pewter conversions. He has lightning claws from another mini. He is the Col of 1st company. He has mastercrafted Lightning Claws which equals to 5 attacks (reroll one miss) and I get to reroll failed wounds. needless to say he kills Farseers dead!
here are 2 unfinished troops. This shows my basic paint scheme. The sgt wear red on their right shoulder pad with one stripe for a normal sgt and an X for a Vet sgt. the yellow show that these guys are part of my 2nd company.
